  • Airplane Mode: Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. 
  • Do Not Disturb Mode: Check if Do Not Disturb mode is disabled. 
  • Restart Phone: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. 
  • Check Phone App Settings:
    • Go to your phone settings within the phone app. 
    • Ensure call forwarding is not enabled. 
    • Check that call blocking settings aren't preventing calls from coming through. 
    • Verify your ringer volume is turned up.

  • Clear Phone App Cache: Go to your phone settings, find the phone app, and clear the cache. 
  • Update Phone Software: Check for any available software updates for your Android device. 
  • Check for Carrier Issues: Contact your mobile carrier to see if there are any network outages in your area.

  • Safe Mode: Try booting your phone into safe mode to see if the issue persists.
